Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery partner operates Monday through Sunday, excluding local public holidays. AIENJOE HQ is open every day. Kindly be informed that orders will be processed on the next working day.

All orders will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. The tracking number will be emailed once we have shipped out your order.

Postage Charges

A. Domestic Delivery (via J&T Express)
• West Malaysia (Semenanjung): RM 10 per kg
• Sabah & Sarawak: RM 18 per kg

B. International Delivery
• We provide international shipping services to selected countries including Singapore and Brunei.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and destination.
• All applicable customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
