General Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges with no questions asked, provided the following conditions are met:
The non-returnable tag remains attached and is in its original condition. The product is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original packaging
Important: All exchange requests must be made within two (2) days of receiving the product via email at aienjoehq@gmail.com with your Order ID and product details. The product must reach us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
For general exchanges, we will issue a store credit for the returned item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges, except for defective or damaged items.
Exceptions: Exchanges, returns, or refunds are NOT ALLOWED for purchases made during any Aien Joe Events. Customers are advised to check the condition of their purchase before finalizing the transaction at the counter.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will:
Cover the return shipping cost by providing a return AWB (Air Waybill).
Process an exchange or refund once the item is returned and inspected.
Important: Please notify us within two (2) days of receiving the product if the item is damaged or defective. Contact us at aienjoehd@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and clear photos of the defect or damage. The product must reach us within seven (7) days
Costs for Return or Exchange
For general exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will issue store credit for exchanges.
For defective or damaged items: Aienjoe will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return AWB.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once your order is confirmed:
- Intimatewear
- Shapewear
- Swimwear
- Undergarments
- Cosmetics
Out of Stock Item
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose to:
Exchange for another item of equal value, OR receive store credit for the amount paid.
Shipping Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is safely packaged for return shipping.
Aienjoe is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping unless a return AWB is provided by us for defective or damaged items.
Additional Terms
All requests for exchanges must be approved by Aienjoe before returning the item. Once an exchange request is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
Aienjoe reserves the right to reject any exchange or return if the conditions outlined above are not met.
Processing Time
All exchanges and returns will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item. We will notify you via email once your exchange or return has been processed.
