All purchases are non-refundable. If you received a damaged product, you may request for an exchange of the same item. If your exchanged item is no longer in stock, you are allowed to exchange for another item of the same value. We will not refund the price difference should you choose a lower priced item. Any exchanges can only be made once per receipt.

Unfortunately we do not provide replacement of our packaging. Our AienJoe corrugated box is the medium we use as our packaging to ensure that the item purchased is in good condition.

Nope! You can redeem your points anytime you like. We would suggest you accumulate your points so that you can utilise them when your favourite products are in stock!
Unfortunately, no. Your purchases are only eligible for points once you have registered as our members.
Create an account and register as a member. You will receive 200 points upon registration. Earn your points through shopping with us and Redeem your points to purchase new assemblies.
You will automatically earn 200 points upon registration. You can also earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.
